What people tell us

  • Through Yung Foundation, Dhule, a Nisarga Samvad Shala is run in Uddaya, a very remote village in Dhadgaon taluka of Nandurbar district. Work on very fundamental and necessary matters is done here, such as informally preparing children for school admission and helping to complete documents for school admission. These activities are implemented through public participation. Fellows for teaching in the school are selected from that region itself and are given a fellowship. In a place where electricity poles are just now being erected, e-literature is being made available to children using solar energy. A small library is taking shape. This tiny school is taking shape in the Satpuda mountain ranges near the Madhya Pradesh border, 40 km from Toranmal. Seeing and experiencing all this was mind-blowing. Beyond words.........

  • Last week, I had the privilege of visiting Udadya, a remote tribal village in Nandurbar, Maharashtra. Together with @goodwillindiapune , we distributed clothes, slates, and educational stationery to students in the village. What truly inspired me, though, was the incredible work being done by Yung Foundation, which has established 9 schools in remote tribal areas. One school we visited had opened just six months ago, yet the students' confidence and progress—especially in English—were remarkable. It was a powerful reminder that with dedicated teachers and the right support, education can transform lives anywhere. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated clothes and made this initiative possible. Special thanks to @sandip_vinayak_deore and the entire Yung Foundation team for their unwavering commitment to empowering tribal communities through education. If you have clothes, books, stationery, or time to contribute, consider supporting organizations like Yung Foundation. Every small act of kindness can make a lasting impact. ❤️ Special thanks: 🤝 @goodwillindiapune 🙏 @sandip_vinayak_deore ❤️ Everyone who contributed #EducationForAll #TribalEducation #Nandurbar #YungFoundation #GoodwillIndia Volunteer GiveBack

  • 🌿 A unique conversation with nature, oneself, and society! 🏕️ Do you know the reality of 'Uddya Pada' in the Satpuda hills, which, even after 79 years of independence, is still deprived of basic amenities like electricity, roads, water, and mobile network? ⛰️ Free from any artificial bonds of caste and religion, the tribal community here considers nature itself as God and lives with contentment in extreme minimalism, truly teaching us a lot! 🍃✨ Through Sandip Devare and the 'Yung Foundation', inspiring work is underway here to bring as many as 450 out-of-school children from 10-12 padas into the mainstream of education. 📚🙌 Be sure to read about this camp, which defines true development, and this unforgettable experience in the lap of the serene Narmada in my new blog! 👇 Date 9 march 2026: Personal Blog URL: युवा संवाद शिबीर: स्वभान ते समाजभान – Dare Write's
