About us

About Yung Foundation

Action for sustainable development — in remote Satpuda since 2016.

Our story

"YUNG" stands for Youth Unity for National Glory — the organisation began with young people uniting for the nation’s pride.

We work in the hamlets of the Satpuda ranges and Narmada valley where government machinery does not reach. Our philosophy is to build local social leadership, not physical infrastructure.

The foundation runs entirely on lokvargani — the small contributions of ordinary people.

Our mission

We work in the most remote tribal hamlets of Dhadgaon (Nandurbar) and Shirpur (Dhule) talukas, growing local leadership rather than infrastructure.
